Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not offer refunds on any products. Store credit will remain valid for future shopping on our website. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or those returned without their original tags and packaging will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Our Standard Delivery is available for a shipping charge of ₹80 and typically arrives within 3–5 working days. For faster delivery, you can choose our Speed Delivery option for ₹100, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Please note that working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or service availability in remote locations.
